I help individuals, groups, and organisations explore, reflect, adapt, and grow through creative expression — developing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and psychological wellbeing. Online and in person.
Art Therapy is not about artistic talent. It's a way to reach what's hard to put into words.

My journey into Art Therapy has been shaped by creativity, human connection, and a lifelong curiosity about how people adapt, grow, communicate, and make sense of their experiences.
I've worked across creative industries, international organisations, aviation, consulting, and client-facing roles — environments that meant working under pressure, navigating complex situations, and understanding people from many different cultures. Different worlds, one common thread: people.
Creativity has been constant throughout my life — in visual arts, graphic design, and gallery work, long before it became a therapeutic practice. Today I combine that background with my Master's training in Art Therapy to create supportive spaces where people can explore challenges, strengthen emotional resources, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others.

It uses creative expression to access thoughts, emotions, and patterns that are difficult to recognise or say in words alone.
My work is informed by Art Therapy theory, psychological understanding, mindfulness-based approaches, body awareness, and person-centred principles. Through the creative process, you can explore experiences from new perspectives, identify inner resources, and develop coping strategies.
Creativity can support:
Long before Art Therapy, I worked in visual arts and design — and painting is still how I reflect, process, and make sense of things. The same trust in creative expression shapes everything I offer.

You don't need artistic experience. Sometimes words are enough — sometimes they are not.
Creativity offers another way of understanding ourselves, making sense of our experiences, and discovering possibilities not yet visible. I invite you to explore the process with curiosity, openness, and compassion.
